Organize the Team Member Services office to implement team member benefits and dependent pass privileges, time cards, name tags and the Team Member Ski Voucher Benefit.  Work on a variety of HR tasks and projects as directed. Serve as a back-up resource to Human Resource team members for general office coverage and projects. Handle HRIS to keep systems and policies updated, as required.  Must be reliable, and able to interact with guests in a friendly manner.  As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
