Banquet Server

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking part-time and full-time banquet servers. Duties include, but are not limited to: provide excellent table service by setting tables; stocking service stations with supplies, beverages, condiments and other needed items; explaining menu to guests and answering questions about food preparations and contents; taking orders and accurately communicating orders to banquet manager, supervisor, kitchen and/or bar staff as appropriate; serving all ordered food and beverages; setting up banquet rooms and coffee stations; monitoring tables to assure all guest needs and requests are met; clearing and cleaning tables; cleaning and straightening service stations and work areas. Assure health and safety by learning and following established health and safety procedures; maintaining good person hygiene; discarding food properly; assuring that special dietary requests are ordered and served.
